A 17-year-old boy was shot in the back during an argument at an overnight get-together in the 500 block of Las Misiones Blvd early Sunday morning and was flown to San Antonio hospital in serious but stable condition while Laredo police arrested two teens—aged 16 and 17—for evidence tampering and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A concrete project will begin today at the intersection of International Boulevard and Springfield Avenue in North Laredo (as part of the Springfield Avenue Phase 2A project) and will continue until August 28 (coordinated with Mage 4Group, LLC).
