- ➤ A back-to-school supply giveaway for pre-registered families was held Friday at the Fernando A. Salinas Community Center from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.—Webb County Commissioner Ricardo Jaime, Justice of the Peace Juan Paz and Pct. 1 Constable Guadalupe Gomez hosted the event as supplies were given out until they ran out. - ➤ Every Friday from 7:45 to 10 p.m., Haynes Recreation Center on Clarks Crossing will host an inclusive open gym for people with disabilities where wheelchairs and mobility aides are welcomed.
