- ➤ On July 28, the Webb County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Raquel Ibarra Carreon in a crawl space on the 3500 block of Cuatro Vientos Dr.—she had been hiding for four years in connection with a 2021 intoxicated manslaughter case, and two accomplices were also detained for hindering apprehension.
