- ➤ Laredo CBP officers apprehended 25-year-old Hugo Francisco Garza Munoz on August 26 at the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge—he was a passenger on a commercial bus and biometric checks during a secondary inspection revealed an outstanding warrant from Tarrant County for an alleged homicide—and authorities are processing his case.
