- ➤ Webb County Constable Pct. 1 deputies arrested three people during several traffic stops in Laredo; Javier Ochoa Beltran was charged with smuggling persons while Gregorio Tzoc Tulu and Alexis Rodriguez were arrested for driving while intoxicated. KGNS News
