- ➤ Laredo police arrested two men on September 6th after expired buyer’s tags were discovered on a vehicle—an incident that led to further investigation. KGNS News
- ➤ An undocumented man who entered by wading across the Rio Grande assaulted a Border Patrol agent after being released from a hospital for a knee injury—he removed his clothes, pushed and elbowed the agent while trying to flee and was later arrested and sentenced to 15 months in prison. KGNS News
- ➤ On Thursday, September 4, DPS criminal investigations and Texas Highway Patrol troopers discovered a stash house in the Los Angeles subdivision where three undocumented people lived in inhumane conditions and Border Patrol later arrested them — the investigation remains ongoing. KGNS News
- ➤ Two men were arrested in August after officers found expired buyer's tags and could not verify their identities—Border Patrol later assisted as both admitted being in the country illegally and had a record of drug offenses and arrest evasion. KGNS News
