CaminArte returned to downtown Laredo yesterday—offering local artists and vendors a chance to showcase and sell work while featuring a screening of the Emma Doll documentary presented by the Laredo Paranormal Research Society and a talk by a featured artist.

Golden Heart Project is hosting a community fundraiser today at Golondrina Food Park & 11211 Golondrina Dr., where doors open at 9 a.m. & attendees can enjoy fresh meals, coffee & workout activities to support children battling cancer while funds raised benefit its mission.

Texas A&M International University’s College of Arts and Sciences will host Shakespeare Mini Fest 2025—a three-day festival featuring new performance events and a film screening as well as a student-curated display on Shakespeare in the Southwest, which will be shown before the shows. The festival opens Monday, November 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fine and Performing Arts Theater.

Webb County’s Mercado Festival at 1848 Center began on Friday and will run through Sunday—featuring over 100 vendors selling goods from regions such as Zacatecas, Michoacán, Puebla, Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, and Coahuila with free admission and parking.

The Laredo Chamber Foundation is accepting applications from high school graduates and teachers for the School Bell Awards + Spirit of Laredo competition, with twelve winners to be honored at a dinner ceremony in April.
