- ➤ The South Texas Food Bank is asking for donations of nonperishable food items and frozen fruit to help local residents waiting for their SNAP benefits amid delays. - ➤ The Laredo Public Health Department announced a program offering free vasectomy services to eligible men for Men’s Health Awareness Month—eligible patients must complete a lipid panel and only the first 30 will receive the procedure at no cost while later patients will be charged $560.
