GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Laredo offices will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 31 and Thursday, Jan. 1 for the New Year’s holiday, with normal services resuming on Friday, Jan. 2. Garbage, recycling, landfill and Metro Transit follow modified schedules — recycle occurs on Dec. 31 and trash moves to Saturday, Jan. 3. LaredoBuzz
