- ➤ On July 9, Laredo Police Compliance Response Team arrested 50-year-old Jennie Del Carmen Lara at a residence on Hawk Dr.—she is accused of removing six teeth without a client's consent and practicing dentistry without a license for multiple patients. KGNS News
- ➤ Nearly two weeks after a home shooting at the 500 block of Las Misiones in East Laredo, Webb County Attorney Marco Montemayor said that a 16-year-old teen, who is in custody, will be charged as an adult after a background check showed he shot another teen in the back—his certification case is set for later this month.
